The refund program of Jabra ("The promotion") is reserved for end users who live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg. It can not give rise to the resale of products.
Promotional period: products are only eligible for cash back if they were purchased between September 15th and December 31st, 2019.
The promotion is only valid for newly purchased products that are invoiced directly by a Jabra partner in Belgium, Luxembourg or The Netherlands that has been approved (member of the Jabra One partner program). To find an authorized Jabra partner in your area, click here or contact your usual Jabra representative . The following persons may not benefit from the Promotion: Jabra employees, Jabra partners and their employees, Jabra distributors, participating dealers and other persons involved in the organization of the Promotion.
The discount offer only applies to products on the list of eligible products below. It is not valid for other Jabra products. Any qualifying product may result in a refund. Refer to the table below for the code and the discount amount for each product.
A maximum of 30 products will be eligible for cashback. This can be a mix of products.
The promotion does not apply when Jabra, through its network of reseller partners, offers customers a selling price different from the standard selling price.
The cashback promotion is organized by GN Audio Benelux B.V., Evert van de Beekstraat 354, 1811 CZ Schiphol, The Netherlands
Only fully submitted claims will be processed.
Jabra reserves the right to change the conditions of the promotion during the promotion period or cancel the promotion during this period

Claims can be submitted no later than January 15th 2020 via the form on the promotion page.
Jabra accepts no liability whatsoever for any technical, hardware, software, server or website failure or damage of any nature whatsoever that could prevent the action from being taken.
Any request that contains missing, incorrect, incorrect or invalid information will be refused and any duplicate request will be rejected.
Jabra accepts no responsibility for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other form of malfunction or damage as a result of which it can not participate in the promotion.
The refund will be refunded within 30 days after Jabra has accepted the application. Payment will be made by bank transfer. By choosing a BACS / SEPA payment transfer, Jabra covers the potential costs of your bank and your bank does not have to charge you. We advise you to check the pricing policy of your bank. Payment will only be made in the name of the buyer of the eligible product (s) on the invoice (purchase receipt).
If the buyer returns the qualifying product (s) to the reseller after submitting the discount request, Jabra can cancel the validity of the request, disqualify the buyer and stop the refund. Jabra reserves the right to cancel refund requests which, after investigation, show a malfunction in the distribution chain of the distributor to the end user via the reseller or in case of non-compliance with the spirit of the offer.
